Sir I have buy a product from flipkart order ID – OD212204034304662000. after 2 days product has become useless and status of the product is submit to him and they are promised me to deliver a new product in the place of old. on the 20th may i received a call from us but due to some personal issue i told him i am unable to take delivery so plz give me delivery in the next date and when i check my account status of the product is showing delivered. i called him in the next day they told me our executive is examining your case and we will resolve your query very soon and we will resolve your query within 25th may. but they are not resolve my query. they are shearing signature copy which is not belongs to me. i request you to take a legal action.
