I am not able to contect to videocon d2h customer care. Customer care no. is always busy.
Yes, it has been a problem with Videocon D2H in recent times. Try writing them an email. They usually answer within 2 days.

When I call the customer care service then, ad gets started and ask to press 1 to talk to the executive, when we press 1 the call will get disconnected. we loose 1Re. I lost around 5Re today.
So we are being made fools.
When we try toll free no we never get the no.

I placed an order for a Set Box. Before placing an order, one Mr.Dinesh (contact no.02266224343) contact me and promised me that within 24 hours I get connection and set box. After place the order and payment, I received a SMS as “Our service Centre(Ph.No.8606060210) will call you within 2 working Hrs for WO ID 19342874. 10Mtr cable Free(only for new installation) extra cable Price Rs.”
Unfortunately I did not get any call till now. Regarding this I spoke with Dinesh again, then he mentioned with 24 hrs. their people visit my house to install. When I gave pressure to him, Dinesh transfer the line to his superior(Dinesh mentioned me) Mr.Mohan. He also promised me by evening their service people will visit my house to install.
Nothing happened till now. yesterday I register a complaint no.186802690 also. No response for that till now as well.

never buy videocon d2h if you complaint them they will always charge for the same i purchase HD box few month ago. HD channels and some basic are not working i contact at customer care they said i have to pay

I keep on receiving calls reminding me to recharge or asking a date for recharge.
I have sometimes, month long travelling commitments.
Since i own the set-top box and have right to use the services as per my requirement. Why this constant push? Its my money and time. Its a prepaid service.
I want to watch TV when I am there physically. Even if i tell them, I will do so at my convenience, the calls dont stop!
Technically, my account balance exhausts at monthly prepaid period end. I will be able to get services when i recharge only, right? Its not that I am running away with something of theirs? So, why is this harassing calls?
I appreciate the message reminders. Believe me, these are more than enough for me. But, it’s my free will to use the service.
