  1. Never buy any product from this pathetic company with the worst of services and after sales. You keep mailing them regarding any query and problem and they will NEVER get back to you. My Xolo went dead in just around 25 days and to get it repaired, I first had to call customer care number which got connected in half an hour after several tries and file a complaint. Then I had to send the device to a collection point around 25 Kms from my place. They will send the device to service centre which is 4 Kms from my place just because I cannot go directly to the service sentre. They claim to repair the handset in 5 days. Its 10 days now and there is still no update on the handset. They keep saying to wait for another 48 hours. If you want to buy a handset from such a company, then God Save You. If you think this is a fake review, my complaint number is 310000081294 Xolo Q1000. Try it by calling their customer care number.

    I also bought Xolo Q700 mobile online and received in damaged conditions so submitted at collection point in Faridabad. Almost one month passed till date they are not responding to my emails and even calls so I lodged a complaint at "www.Core.nic.in" its a Consumer Forum online site so request you guys please lodge a complaint there and lets try to seal this fake company so that in future no other person would not be a victim like us.

  9. Xolo is not a brand. Xolo handsets are sub standared. they hardly last for month. in my case xolo q 1000 went dead in one month 19 days. they are under powered. hangs frequently. gives problems with ear phone connector. have low volumes. company don’t give often software updates. XOLO have worst after sales service. they are not at all customer oriented people. I am waiting since one month to get my handset back. they don’t respond to your sms , emails. their helpline line is of no use. its always busy and helpline don’t have information about your handset.company successfully creates propoganda by huge ad campingns and fake reviews over the the net but badly fails when it come to after sales service. In india they don’t have servicecenters even in big cities but they do hire middlemen terms as collection points where you have to submit your damage hanset. Company promises prespective customer many things such as door to door repairing service and service in five days but it badly fails. its mismanaged and fraud company because of which customer like me have to suffer. its just china handset wrapped in Indian cardboard. Its not at all worth for money rather you have to occur additional cost for litigation. I have already send them consumer court notice waiting for reply from their corporate office.

  10. I brought this new XOLO Q1000 in July 2013, IMEI Nos: 911310200080316 & 911310200080324. But few days back i noticed that my phone used to shut down on its own.. even if i’m still use it and still in active mode also. So today i’ve been to service branch here in Aizawl. But they told me,they could not repair here and the nearest servicing center is is Guwahati!! and they even told me that the repairing will take appox 3 months!! and during that time they will not give me extra handset. And it seems that i will not be having any kind of contacts to other during that periods..And when i am using Nokia, this kind of facility they provide, like one time my phone got hanged, that time the repair takes approx 1 month and they provide me additional phone during that period.. So i think you sould provide the facility like that.. And because of me most of my friends buy the same smart phone as mine i.e. XOLO Q1000 & Q1000s, if the servicing problems will be like that.. what will happen to them also. Or else can u repair my smart phone through online ? may be online updation of software if the problem ever related to software..

    I purchase XoloQ800 on date 20/8/2013. After few days i check there is scratch in side the glass from manufacture defect(vendor say and forward to service center) . I give complain to vendor as well as your service center Dehradun.

    He extend dates for only a change a glass.Like when i call he simple says contact on next week , why it will take lots of time to get product part which i requested.   12. They cheated me once. My cell phone screen got damaged by my fault and i took it to the service center in Srinagar. They guy there said he doesn’t have spares for it and then he called the company to ask if they have the touch screen for xolo q700, which they didnt have. then he called the area sales manager Mr. Sandeep who told him to take out the screen from a DOA (Dead on arrival) set. He charged me 3500 for the screen of xolo Q700. I called the call center and there they told me that i can get the screen for 1800 only and i have to send the set to delhi. After around 20 days of use or maybe less the screen stopped to work when i was on phone. I was not able to cancel the call. I took it to the service center again and there we saw that there was a very minute crack on the screen which was only visible if we held the screen horizontal. I told the service center guy that the screen cracked while i was talking on the phone, he was reluctant to accept it. And then i came to know that it could had been because of his fault while fitting the screen last time. And now they are charging me 4500 for the screen. They are cheaters for sure.     “Xolo care – Never cares..!”
    I bought a new mobile and the mic was not working, I visited the service center for replacement. But they said, they will repair and give. (4 days from day of bought)

    Why should I agree a repaired mobile, when its defective one from factory? I want a quality and worthy product for the money, I pay.

    If I call, customer care, they have no answer other than asking me to visit service center. They will not escalate the call, instead calls will be dropped after 20 mins hold.

    I am saying their service center people are worst. -> F1 Services.
    I saw near 10-20 customers were shouting at their place for justice.

    Its waste of visiting Xolo service center (F1 services.)

    So better avoid XOLO products.!

I have found one problem there after some days Internal storage is full. so, I am visit nearest service center. the expert technician told me it need to restore phone software and and agree. after then phone is ok. but after 2 month the problem arise again. now Internal storage sowing ” Storage space is running out” actually data on this storage is Apps 280MB and Cached data 1.20MB total 281.20MB used balance 698.80 MB what where from total space 0.98GB.
    So, I Requisitioning you and your technical person now what can i do. give me solution as early as possible.

    मैंने एक फ़ोन ख़रीदा था xolo Era 3x गोयल मोबाइल point ग़ाज़ियाबाद से उन्होंने मुझे दो साल की गारंटी दी थी रिप्लेसमेंट की जोलो बहुत अच्छी कंपनी है और ये तुरंत रिप्लेसमेंट कर देती है आप इस फ़ोन को ख़रीद लो तो मेने पर अव जोलो कम्पनी पर विश्वास नहीं हो रहा हे इसका मतलब कोई फ़ोन नहीं ख़रीदेगा इस कंपनी के इतनी नाज़ुक प्रोडक्ट है जोलो के थोड़ा सा बेड से धरती में गिरा और इसकी डिस्प्ले इतनी बुरी तरह डैमेज हो गई थी अब दुबारा से ठीक नहीं हो रहा इसका फोल्डर कहीं मिल नहीं रहा मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ फ़ोन को लेकर 5 महीने भी नहीं हुए मुझे नही मुझे नहीं पता था कि जो जोलो के सर्विस सेंटर भी नहीं होते हैं ज़ोलो इतनी ख़राब कंपनियां इसका कहीं पे भी कुछ नहीं मिलने हैं मेरे फ़ोन दोबारा रिप्लेस कर दिया जाए मुझे नया फ़ोन वरना मैं पुलिस कंप्लेंट करूँगा और फ़ेसबुक ट्विटर पे आपकी कंपनी का फीडबैक डालूँगा फ़ोन की फ़ोटो और बिल फ़ोटो अटेच हैं मेरी सहायता करें हम आपकी अति कृपया होगी धन्यवाद
